Jonathan Maurice Davies is an English lawyer and politician who is currently Chairman of the Liberal Democrats in England, the state party within the federal Liberal Democrats that operates in England. [1] Davies was elected chairman by the English Council in November 2009 and took up office on 1 January 2010. [2]
